Online oder Vorort?

In der Stadt und Region Hannover besuche ich in der Regel den Betrieb und führe dort die Beratungsgespräche durch. Wenn das Unternehmen jedoch weiter weg gelegen ist, berate ich nur online! Es kann von Vorteil sein, die Beratung online durchzuführen. Neben der Zeitersparnis und eventuellen Fahrtkosten, kann die Beratung von überall erfolgen. Ein Handy mit Internet genügt dazu. Also kann der Auszubildende, der zum Beispiel gerade zu einer bestimmten Baustelle geschickt wurde, dort eine dreiviertel Stunde pausieren, um seine Beratung in Anspruch zu nehmen, ohne den Arbeitsplatz verlassen zu müssen. Er benötigt lediglich einen ruhigen Ort, wo er ungestört sprechen kann, was notfalls im Firmenwagen sein kann. 

Da ich keine Praxisräume habe, gilt für alle anderen, dass ich ausschließlich online berate. Das hat viele Vorteile: Zeitersparnis und Bequemlichkeit sowohl für diejenigen, die bei mir Beratung suchen, als auch für mich, da ich schneller und flexibler Termine anbieten kann. Dazu bedarf es lediglich dem Terminkalender und einer Paypal-Überweisung.

Die Reichweite wird größer, dadurch werde ich von vielen Interessierte leichter erreicht. Auch in den Regionen, in denen keine Lernberatungen angeboten werden, bin ich erreichbar. Weitere Vorteile sind, du kannst die Beratung aufzeichnen und dir immer wieder anschauen. Das hilft beim Erinnern und schriftliche Aufzeichnungen sind nicht unbedingt nötig, es sei denn, das wäre eine deiner ergebnisreichen Lernmethoden. 

Und last not least: Keine physischen Treffen bedeuten ein geringeres Risiko der Übertragung von Krankheiten, was besonders in Zeiten von Pandemien wichtig ist.

Zusammengefasst bietet die Online-Beratung zahlreiche Vorteile, die zur Flexibilität, Bequemlichkeit und Kosteneffizienz beitragen und sowohl für Berater als auch Klienten attraktive Alternativen zur traditionellen Vor-Ort-Beratung darstellen.

Online or on site?

In the city and region of Hanover in Germany I usually visit the company and conduct consultations there. However, if the company is further away, I only advise online! It may be advantageous to conduct the consultation online. In addition to saving time and possible travel costs, advice can be given from anywhere. A cell phone with internet is sufficient. So the trainee who has just been sent to a specific construction site, for example, can take a break for three quarters of an hour to receive advice without having to leave the workplace. He just needs a quiet place where he can speak undisturbed, which could be in the company car if necessary.

Since I don't have any practice rooms, for everyone else I only give advice online. This has many advantages: time savings and convenience both for those who seek advice from me and for me, as I can offer appointments more quickly and flexibly. All you need is your appointment calendar and a Paypal transfer.

The reach is increasing, which means I can be reached more easily by many interested parties. I can also be reached in regions where no learning advice is offered. Further advantages are that you can record the consultation and watch it again and again. This helps with remembering, and written notes aren't really necessary unless that's one of your high-yield learning methods.

And last but not least: no physical meetings mean a lower risk of disease transmission, which is particularly important in times of pandemics.

In summary, online consultation offers numerous advantages that contribute to flexibility, convenience and cost-efficiency and represent attractive alternatives to traditional on-site consultation for both consultants and clients.

Dort füge bitte die Konferenz-URL ein  (Text blau markieren, Strg + C für Kopieren, Strg + V für Einfügen), die ich Dir zuvor per E-Mail gesendet habe. Sie ist der Eintrittscode. Starte das Meeting.

Deine Webcam und das Mikrofon sollten eingeschaltet sein.

You will be taken to Jitsi's page. Please paste the conference URL there (highlight text blue, Ctrl + C for copy, Ctrl + V for paste), which I previously sent you via email. It is the entry code. Start the meeting.

Your webcam and microphone should be turned on.
